We also provide services to landlords for the disposition of abandoned items.                   

We offer comprehensive project management including: marketing, advertising, pricing, sale and final disposition of items which include: books, fine art, jewelry, vehicles, antiques, collectibles, and a variety of household goods. Similar services are provided for businesses that are changing out or need to sell equipment or fixtures due to: remodeling, going out of business, or changing business.

We are dedicated to providing our clients peace of mind by submitting honest estimates, delivering quality service, and the highest net value for their property. To determine pricing and the best venue to sell specific items in a given market  we work with a variety of professionals and organizations; collectors and experts from many different specialties ranging from vehicles and antique pianos to collectible vinyl records and mililtaria. Our estimates reflect that knowledge, cumulative experience, and familiarity with markets in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, and Fort Lauderdale. Though we operate principally in the San Francisco Bay Area we are familiar with the issues associated with clients in remote locations and have worked for clients from New York, Paris, Washington, and Germany as well as many other places.
